So, my alarm went off this morning at 6am, which is normal… And when i went to turn it off, i noticed my phone had froze… Seeing as it did it all the time, i turned it off, and turned it back on.. But the screen stayed blank, the backlight was on, ut the screen was blank!

I went online to see if others were having the same issue, and found one person who updated their phone and it fixed the issue, so i tired.. and failed..

So now im gonna have to take it to te telstra phone, and since im a VIP, i will get a replacement phone while its sent away to be fixed!

And no, the screen is not cracked, and no it was not dropped…

Not happy!
