To tell you the truth i really need it, just to get away. After Jess left yesterday, after seeing, and playing with her son it hit me hard that i miss my son, i sunk into a deep depression moment, i layed on the couch where the washing is, and had one of masons pants over my head.. layed there for a good hour or so.. Wasnt good. I may need to get this whole Bi-Polar thing checked out again, so kirkys said shes going to take me to her doc in sydney when im up, not really looking forward to it, cause we all know how i feel about these shinks

Asking for Ham

We have many types of ham in our deli, each with its own name. People dont seem to understand, and just call it ham.. This is how NOT to order “ham” from the deli “I would like some Ham please” Sure, ok, you were polite BUT! You didnt state what sort of ham, nor did you say how much you would like, it would make it alot faster and alot easier if you were to ask “Can i get 500g of Deli leg ham please” this way it saves me from asking how much, and what type… In turn making it faster to serve you…

Talking on the phone

Dont be rude! Your in there to shop… Dont make me stand around waiting and trying to understand your hand movements…

Waiting to be served, and when finally served, you have no idea what you want

Ok, so we get alittle busy, and you are made to wait.. But why is it that when we get to you.. You have no idea what you want? Why didnt you spend the time that you were made to wait to figure out what it is you want!? Look we are sorry to have made you wait, but you are just making it longer for other people… it helps if you actually know what you want.. Or better yet, tell us you are still deciding and allow us to server another customer..

Being served, but talking to a friend.

I understand that you run into your friends while you shop.. but lets face it, your there to shop, not swap photos of loved ones.. Its hard for us to actually know what you want, or even give you your product if you have your backed turned talking to someone else… its only when another customer taps you on the shoulder that you turn around..

I hope you take all this into mind when coming to any deli it makes our job easier and makes others alot happier!
